Rates for Renting Camp Summit

 

Summit Lodge – Night Use - capacity 58:

  • $50 non-refundable user fee per rental
  • $18 per person/night, 15 person minimum
  • Includes access to everything in the lodge for groups of 26 or more
  • Under 26 guests use of large meeting room is $50/day
  • Price does not include linens, towels, or food

Summit Lodge – Day Use - capacity 100:

  • Monday thru Thursday $3.00 per person $75 minimum
  • Friday thru Sunday $4.00 per person minimum $150
  • No use of beds, dormitory, or dormitory bathrooms
  • Price does not include linens, towels, or food

Upper Pavilion:

  • The upper pavilion can be rented for a flat rate of $199 per night, up to 12 people
  • Includes bunkroom, electricity, heat, water, bathroom/shower, use of lake and game room

    • Recreational Vehicle Camping:

    • There are two sites with full hook-ups. These rent at $25 per night. This would also include access to the lake, play facilities and outhouse, but not access to the lodge.

    Wilderness Camping - Night Use:

    • $15 per tent site maximum of 4 perple per site
    • Use of outhouse and running water
    • Use of lodge and showers not permitted

    Options

    • Catering for meals - a possibility with advance notice, deposit, additional fees
    • CF staff - available for programs at an additional cost
    • Team Challenge Course - 3 hour low ropes course $7.00 per person for lodgers, $8.00 per person for non-lodgers
    • Zip-Line - $60.00 per hour + $2.00 per person for insurance if your group does not carry insurance available May - October
    • Hayrides - $40 per group, per use
    • Audio/Visual System $25

    Deposit

    • Security deposit - $100 + $50 User fee + Pre-payment - 10% of guaranteed number of paying guests
    • Deposits will not be refunded if cancelled 45 days or less prior to event
