Rates for Renting Camp Summit

 

Lodging – Night Use:

  • bed capacity 58 people (use of R.V. sites and tents increase capacity to 100)
  • $50 non-refundable user fee per rental
  • $18 per person, per night / Minimum of 15 people
  • Groups of 26 guests receive free use of large meeting room
  • Metting room per day without 26 person minimum overnight? $50/day

Lodging – Day Use:

  • capacity 100
  • No use of beds, dormitory, or dormitory bathrooms
  • Monday thru Thursday $3.00 per person $75 minimum
  • Friday thru Sunday $4.00 per person minimum $150

Upper Pavilion Sleeping Room:

  • The upper pavilion can be rented separately for a flat rate of $10 per person per night up to 8 people
  • Includes bunkroom, electricity, AC/Heat, water, outhouse, bathroom/shower, use of lake and game room
  • Does not include access to the lodge (except lower level bathroom).

Recreational Vehicle Camping:

  • There are four sites with full hook-ups. These rent at $25 per night. Rental includes access to the lake and recreational facilities, but not access to the lodge.

Wilderness Camping:

  • $15 per tent site max. of 4 perple per site
  • Use of outhouse and running water
  • Use of lodge and showers not permitted

Cook-Outs & Special Usage:

  • Decided on an individual basis

Challenge Course:

  • $8/ person for 3 hour session for non-lodgers
  • $7/ person for lodgers

Options

  • Catering meals - advance notice, deposit, additional fees
  • CF staff available for programs at an additional cost
  • Hayrides - $40 per group, per use
